The documentation
The documentation begins with the arrival of the raw material at the company.
 
Raw material testing
The Melt Flow index, the density of the material and the proportion of humidity in the plastic material are examined. Aluminium is particularly examined for correct transport and thus for the surface finish.

In the production
Together with the plastic material a forming gas is brought into the pipe. After cooling, the test is carried out in a chamber shielded from external air in order to detect even the smallest leakages. Special cameras monitor the outer layer for irregularities and damages. Inside diameter, outer diameter and wall thickness complete the tests in the production.
 
The laboratory
In the laboratory the pipes are examined for the even, good connection of the layers and for the characteristics of the plastic material.

The test cycles
The text cycles in our production exceed by far the intervals required by the standard. The examinations are executed up to 25 times more frequently than required.

Much knowledge for new products
The resulting high number of measured values affect the statistic evaluation very positively. In the development of new products these evaluations help to avoid expensive unsuccessful attempts and thus to achieve a safe result more quickly.
